2.¿ WHAT TYPE OF DATA ARE COLLECTED BY CONFREMAR AND WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
All personal data provided through the Website will be incorporated into the file “database applications web” which is Confremar’s responsibility and to be registered in the Register of Treatments.

The User may exert their rights of access, rectification, suppression and opposition (ARSO)at any time, in accordance with current legislation. This means that the User may ask us to know what data we have or update them, as well as request that Confremar stops using the data for a specific purpose, or simply require to delete all or some of his personal data from our files and databases.
In the event that the User objects to the processing of their data, Confremar will cease to process these data, except for legitimate reasons provided for in current legislation or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
In addition, the User may exercise the following rights against Confremar:
- The right to forget allows the User to request that the data be deleted when they are not true, excessive or have become obsolete.
- The right to portability allows the User to request a copy of all the data that Confremar keeps about him in order to migrate them to another platform that they have selected.

(ii) To challenge that the processing is illegal and the User opposes to the deletion of the personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use, in which case Confremar will only keep the personal data for the exercise or defense of claims.
After the exercise by the User of any of these rights, and during the time of verification by Confremar, the data will remain blocked while they are checked and during which Confremar cannot cancel or treat these data.

What is data quality?.
The User guarantees the quality of the information provided to Confremar as well as to third parties, i.e. the data and information provided is real, truthful, updated and also belongs to the User and not to third parties. Therefore, by delivering his personal data to Confremar, as well as to any others that he decides to publish in his account, he guarantees and is responsible that his data are true and comply with this principle of quality.
It is forbidden to provide false or outdated information. The User must always identify himself/herself with his/her real name and with truthful and current data. Confremar reserves the right to verify this information at any time by requiring an official document proving identity.

What security measures does Confremar implement to guarantee the integrity of your data?
