An easy, quick and very healthy recipe to eat the best cuttlefish.

We are going to prepare a delicious cuttlefish flavored with lemon, garlic and parsley, which will provide us with a high protein content, large amounts of minerals, such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, vitamins B and E and, all of this, with very little calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cuttlefish Antonio y Ricardo.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Juice of one lemon.
  • 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon and ½ of chopped parsley.
  • A little coarse salt.

Directions

It is a very simple recipe that you will have prepared in no time.

First preheat the oven to 180º. Then prepare the mixture of oil, garlic, parsley and a little coarse salt in a container for the oven.

Pass the cuttlefish on both sides through the mixture. Make sure it soaks in well.

Before putting it in the oven, add the lemon juice over the cuttlefish and bake for 30 minutes, until you see it turn slightly golden.

Serve with rice and sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste. Enjoy your food!
